Needs some work
Ive only two problems with this app: 1) in order to top up my balance, it takes me out of the app, to a webpage, where I have to sign in again, with what happens to be a different password. Most apps like this can handle the financial transactions within the app. 2) my data balance is incorrect. Right now, it should be showing 0 Mb, but its showing 682Mb. This error cost me $40 in data charges, because I thought I had lots of prepaid data left. Otherwise, its not bad, much more convenient than having to go into the store to add data to my plan.
Its very convenient
Its very convenient for iPads and tablets with cellular data because it allows you to top up with scratch card and to check your credit and data balance and you can also transfer credit I like it.
Absolute garbage for Postpaid Users
This app is simply a rehash of the "My Lime Self Care" app. It never worked for postpaid Users, and this new app still doesnt work. Every single time I input my login credentials from flowid.co I get this error: "ERROR We are sorry but we do not recognize that user ID or password. Please retry. If the issue persists, please close the app and retry. (MH2004)" Flow has absolutely the worst Customer Service ever and it is evident even in their apps. I still have to call their customer service line just to find out how much minutes I have remaining on my plan. That sometimes takes anywhere between 20 - 45 minutes. Ridiculous!!! I will soon be migrating to Digicel. They might cost more but their Customer service is way more compelling and worth the minimal stress that results.
